The beef and broccoli stir fry is an easy and easy recipe and is my favorite choice on busy nights. It can be made quickly, especially if you have a herd, and reminds me of beef and broccoli. I always order in a Chinese restaurant (before I ordered beef and broccoli. Found out about everything they put into it!). It’s also a baby favorite in our house!
As a bonus, it only takes a few minutes so it’s a great meal for busy nights. Can be served over rice if desired. We use white rice instead of brown or cabbage rice.
Healthy beef and broccoli stir fry
Beef and broccoli recipes consist mostly of sugar with some extra ingredients that are not healthy at all.
In this version, I used coconut amino instead of soy sauce. I choose to avoid soy because it is phytoestrogen and can cause fertility and hormone problems in men and women. I also like to avoid fatty acids, which can interfere with the body’s ability to absorb nutrients. Soy (along with other fungi) has high levels of fatty acids.
I added fish sauce and beef broth for a delicious taste. Whenever I can add bone broth to the meal. Bone broth contains essential nutrients in the diet and helps the intestines.
This prescription does not contain any sugar, so it works for those who are looking to reduce sugar and simple carbohydrates in the diet. I like it this way and don’t miss sugar, but if you are eating friends or family who are not low in sugar, you can add a pinch of coconut sugar to their food. ۔
Budget friendly food
This recipe is not only healthy, but also relatively inexpensive. It calls for a cheap meat cut (sirloin), but you can use other cuts. I like that it’s easy and inexpensive to find the key ingredients. Coconut Aminos and Fish Sauce may be a bit more expensive than soy sauce, but for those looking to eat healthy on a budget, this dish is still a great choice.
Adaptation to the Cod Diet?
When starting a new diet to help the body with its autoimmune disease, it may feel like there is nothing to eat. Fortunately this recipe has been easily adapted to work for an automatic diet.
Automatic Friendly For:
When you decide to change your diet, it’s always nice to find a healthier version of your favorite food. It is just as tasty as the prescription but also nourishing.
Want more Asian-inspired dishes?
I loved the Chinese takeout, but when I realized how healthy it was, I immediately put it out. Since then I’ve come up with some copycat recipes, which are tasty but more healthy.
Whenever I crave Asian-inspired food, I prepare one of these recipes for healthy and delicious food.
