Cucumber salad is a very simple “salad” when summer is finally in full swing and cucumbers are on the rise. Also, if you already grow a field with your cucumbers to help control garden pests, you will have two components in your backyard.
All you need are cucumbers, red onions and some of the key portions of the kitchen that you already want to have on hand and at Presto; a delicious and healthy summer salad.
Simple cucumber and onion salad

If you’re looking to make summer produce easier, there’s no better option than this quick and easy cucumber recipe. With just a few ingredients, you can make this healthy and fresh side dish in about 10 minutes.
- Chop cucumber and onion
- Drizzle over a simple vinegar
Sometimes I immediately. I serve him, but it’s even better if he does the dressing for the first half hour. I usually cook first and stick in the fridge while I cook the rest of the food.
Note: Some cucumber salad recipes suggest extracting cucumber seeds, but personally the seeds are my favorite. If they bother you, remove them first.
I’ve seen similar recipes with tomatoes, but since I couldn’t put them on my own protocol, I never included them. If you are a tomato lover, feel free to add some cherry tomatoes or even avocado!
With just a few ingredients, this cucumber and onion salad can bring an event. Makes a great side dish. I also like that there is some leftover inquired chicken in it for lunch.

Cucumber Salad Recipe
A simple cucumber and onion salad with garlic and dahl flavors was cooked.
Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and then slice.
Finely slice the onion.
Place the cucumbers and onions in a medium bowl.
Mix 2 cups of vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic and lentils in a glass.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions and stir until well coated.
Store the flavors in the fridge for at least two hours to add flavor.
Serve and enjoy.
Couples especially with grilled meat and summer dishes.
