The first time I made pineapple whip, I had no idea how much it resembled a famous dessert. I was just trying to make pineapple syrup! I’m not sure how lucky I was the first time I tried to make it, but I know:
- I like pineapple
- My kids love pineapple
- I was trying to make the frozen pineapple taste like fresh pineapple and this recipe was born!
Now this recipe is one of our favorite summer desserts.
What is Pineapple Whip?
One day after a friend I trashed this pineapple and I took my children to the pool. He announced that the taste is very similar to the pineapple magic offered in theme parks. I had never lived in it at the time, so I searched for what dolphins were on the ground and realized that I had mistakenly treated real food and allergy-free ingredients.
So now, this pineapple whip (or as the pineapple cloud calls my three-year-old), is a favorite summer treat at our house! Playing after a hot day on the beach or in the backyard is a cool and refreshing treat.
The best part:
No baking, no oven, and no junk ingredients. In fact, it is one of the easiest recipes of my time. It is a healthy and nutritious fat from coconut milk, and sweet thanks to the golden goodness of fresh pineapple.
Is it like a garbage can?
If you’ve tried the real thing, I’d love to hear your opinion on it! If you don’t have – all its amazing pineapples without the need for just a little comparison – enjoy it in Nice!

How to make pineapple trash
All you need is a fast blender (one of my favorite pieces of kitchen utensils), some frozen pineapple and coconut milk. Even better with fresh lime extract to balance strong lime and sweet flavors.
Real Food Pineapple Litter Recipe (such as Dole Litter)
Delicious homemade pineapple whip with just three easy ingredients. A fresh and light summer treat!
- 2 Cup Frozen pineapple
- ½ Cup Coconut milk (Or other milk)
- 1 Spoon Lemon juice (Optional)
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth. It is very important that the pineapple is frozen or it will not work.
As soon as it is smooth, take out the individual serving cups and scoop it up.
Serve and immediately. Eat
This is not a premature recipe and should be offered immediately to get the soft texture of the ice cream. Pineapple naturally makes a creamy texture and is amazing until served immediately. It can be stored in the freezer for a few minutes, but if left for too long, it will solidify.
