The last step was Morris’ diet, and that meant cutting out some of his favorite food. “I knew the hamburger and fried chicken were about to go,” says Morris, who sent photos of each meal to Baratas for approval. “But I had no idea how fat I was! I was eating like a bag a day thinking this.

Since starting the process, Morris has lost 40 pounds and continues to dial in the rest, which improves daily. “I finally find myself in the mirror and I see more than a ‘funny best friend,'” says Morris. “I’m looking for someone who can become an action star.”
