The liver can be a nutritious powerhouse, but for many people it tastes good. Although I love some liver and onions with bacon (because, hello, bacon!), This liver capsule is a practically tasteless way to inject your liver.
Should we eat liver?
So why do we want to eat liver? Isn’t this a body filter that holds toxic deposits? The liver acts as a filter to filter, process, sort, and change things. However, it does not save them per second. If the whole body is full of toxins, so will the liver.
It is important to produce clean fat from grazing animals because fat is a common place to store toxins. Clean the liver from healthy, grass-fed animals, though that’s another story.

How to make a liver capsule

Dehydration or oven
Leather paper (and baking sheet if using oven)
Blender, food processor or coffee grinder

Rinse the liver thoroughly under running cold water.
Put the defrosted liver in a food processor or blender, and stir until pureed. If your liver is already thinly sliced, that’s all you can use.

Dehydrate at 105 ° F / 41 C for 24 hours. Keeping the liver at a low temperature allows it to remain in its raw state. Most ovens only go to 170 degrees which will work, but the liver will no longer be raw.

Put the liver back in a food processor or blender and grind it into a fine powder. You can also use a coffee grinder, but it requires more batches.

Store in a cool, dry place in a mason jar.
Note: Because the liver is so stimulating, liver capsules just before bed can cause difficulty sleeping!
How many liver capsules do I need?
It is generally recommended that they eat 3 to 8 ounces of liver per week. That’s 4.4 to 1.1 ounces a day. This formula helps determine how many capsules you need.

- The total number of capsules per day will continue
- Number of capsules days number of days Capsules last = number of tablets per day
For example, I started with 1.25 pounds of liver.
- 1.25 (pounds of liver) x 16 (pounds per pound) = 20 ounces
- 20 oz (total ounce) ÷ 1 (required ounce) = 20 (day capsule will continue)
- 100 (number of capsules); 20 (capsule last day) = 5 (number of pills per day)
