Should we eat liver?

So why do we want to eat liver? Isn’t this a body filter that holds toxic deposits? The liver acts as a filter to filter, process, sort, and change things. However, it does not save them per second. If the whole body is full of toxins, so will the liver.

It is important to produce clean fat from grazing animals because fat is a common place to store toxins. Clean the liver from healthy, grass-fed animals, though that’s another story.

Our family passes on limited, grain-fed animals whenever possible, instead of grazing or grazing.

Liver nutrition and benefits

The gram for the liver is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet, if it is from the right source. According to a 2010 article Nutrition JournalGrass-fed beef contains more nutrients. You will also find a high proportion of anti-inflammatory omega 3 fats.

Even better, says Westin A. Price, a researcher and dentist, it has an “anti-fatigue” element. The liver contains iron naturally (although you will need to eat large amounts of liver to get enough iron daily). It is also high in B12 and vitamin A. You will also find vitamin K, copper, folate and CoQ10. These nutrients work together to provide sustainable energy.

Beef liver contains high amounts of vitamin A (among other things), which helps to make glowing skin. A 1981 study International Journal of Dermatology Taking a look at nutrition for the skin, the researchers found that while low doses of vitamin A were ineffective, they also reduced the amount of acne to 300,000 IU per day for women and 400,000 to 500,000 IU for men. Helps

Keep in mind that this research has used synthetic form, while the liver will better absorb natural professional vitamin A.

According to a 2009 report in Dermo Endocrinology, Vitamin A also helps:

  • Reduce oil spills
  • Improve wound healing
  • Reduce inflammation

Liver hair growth

Beef and poultry liver are also high in vitamin B3 (niacin). Along with other nutrients and B vitamins, niacin is the key to healthy hair. Makes

A 2015 study Dermatology research and practice Omega 3 fatty acids found have a great effect on hair. This healthy fat reduces hair loss and increases hair fullness. Vitamin A regulates sebum in the hair follicles, thickens hair, and keeps hair leaves healthy.

Iron is also essential for a beautiful hair head (which of course has a liver!).

The best way to eat liver

Stomach in the liver and liver and onions are a great way to get more liver. Traditional cultures eat raw liver, many proponents of natural health encourage eating raw liver. However, you will still get a lot of benefits!

Liver capsules, however, are an easy and tasteless way to do things. Making them is more economical than buying them.

Liver capsule making supplies

Liver capsules are easy to make, but require some supplies. Ideally, you will need a dehydrator, food processor or coffee grinder and a capsule machine.

Even the lowest oven setting can work if you don’t have a dehydrator, although the liver will no longer be raw. Some people have reported hollowing out the oven door with a wooden spoon to cool it down a bit. This way, heating the house 24 hours a day is not so much fun when it goes beyond 90 degrees!

No time to make it?

If you plan to take the liver this way for a long time, you can save a lot of money by investing in encapsulating supplies yourself, but if this is not your thing or you are short on time, stolen Here is a good brand for air beef liver capsules.

How to make a liver capsule

Not ready to try organ meat? Replenish and regulate with these easy-to-carry liver capsules!

Luggage

  • Dehydration or oven

  • Leather paper (and baking sheet if using oven)

  • Blender, food processor or coffee grinder

Ingredients

  • Liver – Beef can be used Chicken, lamb (in any quantity)

Instructions

  • Rinse the liver thoroughly under running cold water.

  • Put the defrosted liver in a food processor or blender, and stir until pureed. If your liver is already thinly sliced, that’s all you can use.

  • Cut out the non-stick eyeglass paper to fit the dehydrator or baking tray. Even lay the liver in layers on a tray or spread.

  • Dehydrate at 105 ° F / 41 C for 24 hours. Keeping the liver at a low temperature allows it to remain in its raw state. Most ovens only go to 170 degrees which will work, but the liver will no longer be raw.

  • When the liver is completely dry, it should easily break into pieces. If it still turns, it needs more time to dehydrate.

  • Put the liver back in a food processor or blender and grind it into a fine powder. You can also use a coffee grinder, but it requires more batches.

  • Wrap the liver powder in an incubation machine according to their direction. If you do not have a machine, you can also scoop and pack the powder in capsules. The machine makes it very easy though!

  • Store in a cool, dry place in a mason jar.

Note

Note: Because the liver is so stimulating, liver capsules just before bed can cause difficulty sleeping!

How many liver capsules do I need?

It is generally recommended that they eat 3 to 8 ounces of liver per week. That’s 4.4 to 1.1 ounces a day. This formula helps determine how many capsules you need.

  • Liver pounds start at x 16 (ounces per pound) = total ounces
  • The total number of capsules per day will continue
  • Number of capsules days number of days Capsules last = number of tablets per day

For example, I started with 1.25 pounds of liver.

  • 1.25 (pounds of liver) x 16 (pounds per pound) = 20 ounces
  • 20 oz (total ounce) ÷ 1 (required ounce) = 20 (day capsule will continue)
  • 100 (number of capsules); 20 (capsule last day) = 5 (number of pills per day)
