Fast and easy breakfast is better. Eggs are our go-to breakfast because they are an inexpensive and healthy protein source that can be cooked quickly. It doesn’t take long until we’re tired of the usual fried or itchy process.
Shared eggs are a new (and a kind of choice) spinach in breakfast eggs. If you haven’t heard of them, you’ll love this new take on classic staples!
What are shared eggs?
Shared eggs are an easy baked egg dish that is delicious for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and sometimes dinner. Traditionally, they are cooked in a dish made from a flat bottle called a sherr. It is now more commonly cooked in a variety of dishes, from ramekins to granite dishes, but the name remains.
Many people mistake shared eggs for a similar dish, egg n ‘cocotte, which is baked in an oyster that is kept in a water bath (also known as biennine). Who knew there were so many ways to make eggs!
How To Make The Perfect Shared Egg
This dish is incredibly easy, but at the same time very tasty. Here’s how it’s made:
- Butter ramekins.
- Whisk two eggs in each egg.
- Add cream, chives, spices, and parmesan.
- Make up
- Bake cheese and bake to melt.
that’s it! I told you it was easy.
They are almost always served in the dish in which they are cooked, which is why I like to use the remixes. If you do not have it, any dish that is safe from the oven and will work about 6 6 ounces. However, I do recommend investing in some ramekins at any time. They are quite inexpensive and perfect for other dishes such as pina quota or mini quiche.
p.s. If you are thinking about the fat content in this recipe, our family does not refrain from healthy fat from pasture eggs and grass fed milk for these reasons.
The combination of shared eggs
Make this easy, but beautiful breakfast by baking eggs with cream, chives and cheese in the oven in the oven.
- 1 TBSP Butter (Soft)
- 2 Cup More Cream
- 8 Eggs
- 2 Spoon Salt
- 2 Spoon Black paper
- 2 TBSP Fresh chives (Minimized)
- 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 Cup Wrap cheese (Truncated)
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F
Using your hands, lightly coat the inside of the 4 6 ounce remixes with the softened butter.
Whisk 2 eggs in each egg.
Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to each dish.
Sprinkle each with salt, pepper, chives, and parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until the yolk is still soft, but set.
Add the cheddar cheese evenly to the pot and return to the oven until melted.
Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
Try adding a slice of ham to the bottom of the dish before adding the eggs!
