I love to bring home delicious coffee drink recipes, so when I started seeing post after post about this trend-driven Dalguna coffee, I knew I would have to give it a try. !

The origin of Dalguna coffee
Delguna Coffee originated in Korea and is named after a simple honey candy sold by street vendors (Whiffed Coffee is the color of perfectly melted candy named after him). )۔ Pictures of this beautiful layered coffee soon surfaced on Tik Tok and social media platforms, and started experimenting at home!
The best thing about Dalguna coffee (plus how it tastes) is that it doesn’t need an espresso machine or any special ingredients, but it does taste like something you like in a coffee shop. I pay dollars at the top.
Basically, Dalguna coffee is instant coffee, sugar, and water that drips in a cloud-like consistency and slides over a glass of milk. Shake the whipped coffee and milk together and you have the foam quality of coffee shop lettuce!
Is it difficult to make Delguna coffee at home?
Nope done. not at all. That is why it is so popular. All you have to do is immediately throw out the coffee beans, sugar, and hot water together until it becomes thick.
I tried a few different mixing methods and they all worked well. I experimented with whiskey attachments to combine stand mixers, handhold mixers, and some good old-fashioned hand whispers.
Is Delguna hot or cold?
Anyone! You need to use a little warm water for the most part to dissolve the sugar crystals, but the milk layer can be heated or iced. I’ve tried it both ways and they’re both delicious.
Dalgona Coffee Recipe: Fitness Mama Method
I often make my own coffee at home because by making them myself I am able to avoid the ingredients that I don’t care about and make it to my taste. Not to mention the fact that just making it yourself is so cheap, and I don’t have to go out of the house to pick it up!
For this recipe, I used my favorite instant coffee from Four Sigmatic. This is a very tasty coffee made from سے mushrooms! No, I’m not crazy. You can read more about it and why I like this superfood coffee.
For sugar I use either coconut sugar or organic canned sugar. I’ve played with a traditional twist on a traditional twist in which to replace half a cup of coffee with cogo powder or delgona mocha – a teaspoon of water with vanilla extract for dalgiona vanilla lettuce.
My favorite milk to serve this is Macadamia milk, but you can use regular milk or any nut milk.

Dalgona coffee guide
Immediately a layer of coffee, sugar and water dragged in like a cloud and slipped over the glass of milk.
Combine instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a medium-sized bowl or stand mixer bowl.
Light colored and light to fast blood.
Pour the milk into a bowl and pour the whipped coffee on top.
Stir to collect and enjoy!
Try replacing the ling of Dalguna Mocha with 1 tablespoon of coffee cocoa powder or add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the vanilla dalguna latte.
