It has become one of my favorite things to make soups. They fall into the category of this amazing one-dish eater – protein, vegetarian, everything you need in a bowl. Provided they don’t always work all year round (no one wants to eat a steaming cup of Mullugatoni soup in August), but they are ideal for many seasons of the year. So when I had a nice Kelly flag to use and a basket of sweet potatoes, I thought I’d give this recipe a try.
Zupa tuskanh healthy soup
I watched recipes online copy of Olive Garden zupa tuskanh Kate. I never tried, but Italian sausage, banana and potato soup looks very delicious. I decided to change it a little bit easier and white potatoes with sweet potatoes.
I don’t always use sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes, but you can see the trend: sweet potato soup, sweet potato fries, and sweet potato tops.
Why all the sweet potatoes?
Most sweet potato recipes are partially necessary. We like sweet potatoes grow in the garden and have never been so many times that I have to be creative in how you use them!
Sweet potatoes are also very healthy. In potassium, fiber and vitamin intake is very high. I like to be able to add a green vegetable of nutrition in a great tasting meals.
Ltd of soup I, I thin enough so that the sweet potatoes cook quickly. You can peel them before leaving kernels.

Zupa tuskanh sweet potato soup recipe
Make Italian sausage, sweet potatoes, and synthesis of healthy healthy zppa tuskanh with black.
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 Big Onions (Daysd)
- 3 Clove Garlic (Minced, or a number garlic powder)
- 6 Cup Chicken broth
- 5 Medium Sweet potatoes (Slightly cut)
- 1 Cup More Cream (Or coconut milk)
- 2 Cup Bananas (Wash, dry and cut out)
In a large pot, add the Italian sausage brown.
Remove sausage and set aside.
Money in the pot and cook the onion for about 5 minutes until soft.
Roasted garlic and cook additional minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add the sweet potatoes and boil for about 20 minutes until they are tender and sweet potato scales.
Add pepper and boil for 2 more minutes.
Lower the heat and add the cream and cooked sausage.
Stir to combine and serve.
If you like a little heat for the family, try to use hot Italian sausage.
