Taco Slaw (A Lighter Take on Coleslaw)

My family has a fun idea of ​​food and a local taco truck for a break from cooking. We especially love their chicken taco which comes with a delicious taco salad on top.

You probably know how much I love restaurants (or food trucks!) At home, and it’s no different. I made this taco slow to lighten the taco or to add cabbage, grind, and lime as a healthy and delicious side dish.

Is Taco Salog healthy?

When your food is fresh and full of color (naturally), you can be sure that it is healthy! This Taco Slaw recipe is full of fresh cabbage, pellet, and carrot nutrients.

Cabbage

This vegetable is full of nutrients that the body needs for maximum health, including vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, manganese, vitamin B6, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Cabbage contains a lot of fiber, which helps in digestion in the body as well as other processes in the body.

Grind

This herb is full of benefits. Palatinero contains vitamins and minerals such as iron, vitamin C, riboflavin, and beta-carotene. In traditional medicine, red disease has been used to increase appetite and increase digestion. Seeds (coriander seeds) are also used for indigestion, nausea and dysentery. This taco slow is easy to use. We like to add it to chicken or fish tacos (really any tacos!) Or eat it as an aspect of tacos or other Mexican-inspired dishes. I’ve also added more colors and varieties to salads.

Taco Slav recipe

The local taco truck serves their chicken tacos with cabbage, grinding and lime. This is my attempt to recreate their taco toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cabbage (Small, finely chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (Seeds and minced)
  • 1 Red onion (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Carrots (grated)
  • ¼ Cup Grind fresh (Chopped)
  • 1 TBSP Rice vinegar
  • 1 lemon (Anxious and tangled)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine chopped cabbage, minced jalapeپo, red onion, carrot, cilantro, vinegar, and lime juice.

  • Toss by hand for a uniform coat.

Note

Serve with taco or as a salad for a taco salad. Or just eat it simple!
