If you want your packs to pop, you probably think you need a barbell, or at least, some heavy dumbbells. But this is not the only case. There are lots of great movements you can do without any equipment and anything that can be done using your own body weight and TRX or band. These exercises are great for attacking you while chest pectorals big and small – they’ll also help you get your deltoids, triceps, abs, and more muscles in action.
In other words, the following steps will help you achieve the chest you want to show on the beach this summer, resting and painting the rest of your body. Add them to your final chest day bodyweight workout. Or, sprinkle something according to your total physical routine.
