I’ve really been a fan of coconut oil for a long time. It is a highly nourishing oil with hundreds of uses, and in recent days I have discovered the benefits of coconut oil for hair from many sources. Certain types of hair can certainly be beneficial when used properly, but many sources suggest using it in ways that can do more harm than good.
